YPhilosophynator is an accelerator. We do not offer funding, office space, or introductions to investors.

The idea

Every startup thesis rests on assumptions that connect evidence to conclusions.

Some are load-bearing: if they fail, the thesis fails. Some are testable. Some are hidden: the founder hasn't noticed they're there.

YPhilosophynator examines the reasoning connecting evidence to conclusions. Not the idea itself. The reasoning.

What we don't do

We are not contrarians. A founder who submits to us may abandon their idea, refine it, or ignore our concerns entirely. All three are legitimate outcomes.

We do not decide. We surface concerns. The founder decides.

Our standard

Status is not evidence. We treat a founder at $0 MRR and a founder at $10M ARR by the same intellectual standard. Revenue, retention, usage, and other evidence matter for the claims they actually support. Prestige, backing, credentials, and prior success do not change the logic of an argument.

Concerns must survive scrutiny in both directions. If evidence defeats a concern, we withdraw it.
